Ms. Vijayalaxmi Khatri is the Head of Compliance at Bandhan AMC Limited and is designated as a Compliance Officer.
She has extensive experience of over 24 years in the areas of Compliance, Legal, Audit, Secretarial and Risk
Management, of Asset Management, Wealth Management and Alternate Asset businesses, including 20 years in the
Mutual Funds space.
Prior to joining Bandhan AMC Limited, she has worked at Kotak Alternate Asset Managers Limited as SVP & Head -
Compliance & Secretarial where she was responsible for ensuring overall compliance under various regulations as
applicable to Alternative Investment Funds, Investment Advisory and other businesses of the Company.
Her previous assignments include Edelweiss Group (Edelweiss Global Wealth Management and Edelweiss Asset
Management), Daiwa Asset Management (India) Pvt. Ltd., Fidelity Fund Management Pvt. Ltd. and ICICI Prudential Asset
Management Company Ltd.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai and a Company Secretary (Professional
level).
