Mr. Mayur Vasa

Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Mayur Vasa is the Chief Technology Officer at Bandhan AMC and brings over 27 years of experience in technology leadership and digital transformation across financial services and technology organizations. He is responsible for driving the firm’s technology strategy, strengthening digital capabilities, and building scalable platforms to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience, while enabling innovation-led business growth.

Prior to joining Bandhan AMC, Mr. Vasa served as Digital Transformation Leader for Marsh India and the Interim IMEA region at Marsh McLennan, where he led enterprise-wide digital initiatives and technology transformation programs. Earlier, he held senior leadership roles at Liberty General Insurance, ICICI Lombard, and Tech Mahindra, with extensive experience in enterprise applications, data and analytics, and global technology delivery

Mr. Vasa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Mumbai and has completed advanced certifications including Oxford Artificial Intelligence (2024) and PRINCE2 Project Management (2003).
